The Triathlon Association Kitzbühel takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat the data entrusted to us as strictly confidential and handle it responsibly. We regard this as a special duty of a web and internet service provider in accordance with the legal and contractual obligations, in particular due to the provisions of the applicable data protection laws.
Therefore we inform you, in accordance with the relevant data protection regulations, namely in particular due to the data protection basic regulation (DSGVO) and the DSG 2018 about the data processing, their purpose and your rights from it.

1.1 Collection and processing of personal data:

If you visit our web pages for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not otherwise provide me with personal data, the personal data that your browser transmits to our server will be collected for technical reasons. When you view our web pages, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary to display the web page to you and to ensure stability and security (iSd Art 6 (1) lit f) 1st sentence DSGVO), including traceability in the event of an error and sustainable troubleshooting:
Web pages visited, date and time of access, amount of data sent in bytes, Web page of the request received (source/reference from which you reached the page), browser used incl. language and version, operating system used, IP address used.
Log files are created for this purpose. The data collected is used for monitoring purposes to prevent and remedy illegal use of the website content, to improve the website and statistical evaluations.
We use the free web analysis software Advanced Web Statistics for statistical evaluation of visits to the website. You can also find information on this at http://www.advancedwebstats.com. This software evaluates the log files that web servers create on the basis of website access. Cookies are not used. The statistical evaluation is carried out via the log files, which contain the IP addresses, date and time, browser type and version, operating system of the computer and the website of the incoming request. The log files are automatically deleted from the server after 10 days, the data is anonymised and stored on this server for the duration of the operation of the website in the form of anonymised web access statistics. In contrast to other statistical programs, Advanced Web Statistics web analysis software does not use cookies and does not transmit data to an external server. The software is installed on our own and rented servers located in Austria and there is no transfer of data abroad. If the website is deleted from our servers, the anonymised data of the web analysis software is also automatically deleted.

1.2 Logfiles:

The web servers operated or rented by Internetkonzepte.at GmbH store log files which document access to the individual web pages with the date, time and IP address of the visitor. The log files are stored for 30 days and then deleted.


1.3 Cookies:

In order to make the use of my web pages more effective and user-friendly, cookies are stored on your device when you visit my web pages, so that information can also flow to me (depending on the cookie). Other persons or companies that are not expressly mentioned in this data protection declaration will not be granted access to your data.
Our website is hosted by a specialized service provider. Especially since we also rent servers from this service provider, the contractually limited possibility of the service provider to the technically necessary minimum exists to access the aforementioned data. 1.4.1 Variant 1 - with SSL (only necessary if forms or online registration are used)

The personal data you enter or disclose will be protected from unauthorized access by encrypted transmission, access-protected storage that is not externally accessible and physical protection measures for the servers. The security measures are continuously revised in line with technological developments. Such measures include SSL encryption, regular software and hardware updates, permanent server monitoring and backup management by our service provider Internetkonzepte.at GmbH.

1.4.2 Variant 2 - without SLL (no forms or online registration in use)

The personal data you enter or disclose will be protected from unauthorized access with externally inaccessible storage and physical security measures for the servers. The security measures are continuously revised in line with technological developments. Such measures include regular software and hardware updates, permanent server monitoring and backup management by our service provider Internetkonzepte.at GmbH.
The physical precautions to secure the data are taken by our service provider Internetkonzepte.at GmbH and can be inspected here (www.internetkonzepte.at/datenschutz) unless they have to be discrete, abstractly described or kept secret in order to avoid attacks by third parties on the systems used.
Data (see above) which are stored due to your visit on our web pages, remain - as far as in the other points of this explanation no more specific duration is specified - in a duration of maximally 30 days with us and the service providers designated above stored and are deleted automatically.

1.5 Contact via email, letter, telephone or fax:

When you contact us, the data provided by you (name, address, telephone number, email address and any case-specific data) will be stored in order to answer your questions, process your request promptly and to enable us to contact you again. Our websites provide a connection to social networks using social media plug-ins. These plug-ins are initially deactivated when you access our websites and do not transmit any data to such services. Only when you activate a plug-in by clicking on the corresponding icon will personal data be transmitted to the selected service ("2-click solution"). The selected service then receives the information that you have visited our website with your IP address. If you click on the plug-in while logged in to the corresponding service, you can share the content of our pages on your profile. This allows the service to associate visits to our websites with your user account. 1.8 Use of Google Analytics:

Our websites use Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies to provide this service. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and enable the recognition of the device you are using. This allows an analysis of the use of websites, which serves to improve their usability. It is regularly not possible to draw conclusions about your specific person.

We take all necessary and appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from loss and misuse. Your data will be stored in a secure, state-of-the-art operating environment.

Should you wish to contact us or our employees by e-mail, we would like to point out that the confidentiality of the information transmitted cannot be guaranteed. Information based on repeated requests for information is subject to a fee pursuant to Art. 15 (3) DSGVO. It is also pointed out that the right to receive a copy in accordance with Art 15 (1) lit b) DSGVO must not impair the rights and freedoms of other persons.
